Love the Puna location! The cleanliness, the vibe, the classes! Cheers me up every time Folks like Amy, Tuck, and the gym members are so warm and fun. I particularly appreciate the large single bathrooms, the steam room/sauna, and the spray bottles + clean towels available. This is the place to work out in East Hawaii.

I joined this gym 3 months ago and am extremely pleased. Great selection of free weights and machines, as well as cardio equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job of keeping the facility clean. Convenient location and lots of parking. Highly recommended.
